We will process your order as quickly as possible after receiving it.
Delivery area
We currently offer shipping within mainland Germany. Deliveries to German islands are available for an additional shipping fee. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.
Delivery times
Delivery time is 1-5 days, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page or during checkout.
Please note that during peak periods, such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer.

Wine course participation: Email delivery | free
After we have received and checked your order, we will confirm your registration by email. This email will serve as your ticket. The relevant key information, such as the number of registered participants, topic & date as well as the start, duration & location of the event will be listed in this email.
Wine & Co: Parcel shipping with UPS OR DPD
No delivery to DHL Packstations
Standard Shipping | 8,50€ shipping costs, free for orders over 100€

Express shipping | 18,50€ shipping costs
- Next day delivery, Tuesday to Thursday only if ordered before 1pm
- Please note: Orders placed outside of these timeframes will have a longer delivery time. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after this time (Friday, 1pm to Monday) will be delivered the following Wednesday.
We ship wine orders and mixed orders, such as wine and a gift card, in special shipping boxes certified for wine transport with our logistics partner UPS. We confirm shipment via email, which includes a link for tracking your shipment. UPS delivers packages Monday through Friday during the day.
Paper gift card & greeting card: Letter mail* | 2,50€ shipping costs, free for orders over 100€
*Order with a maximum of 2 paper cards. For a higher number of cards and an order value of less than 100€, standard shipping of 8,50€ applies.
Digital gift card: Email delivery | free
The gift card will be automatically generated after successful payment and sent by email directly to the email address provided during the order process, unless a desired shipping date is selected on the product page.
Alternative for all physical products: Pickup in store | free
This may shorten delivery times and/or save on shipping costs. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. During our business hours this is usually within 1-2 hours. Pickup is possible during business hours upon presentation of the notification.
