Alex Gibson, ein Quereinsteiger mit englischen Wurzeln, erwarb das alternde Chateau Civrac im Jahr 2018 und verwandelt es nun "peu à peu" in einen Ort wo innovativer Ingenieursgeist und handwerkliche Tradition zusammenfinden. Es geht um Traubenqualität, Terroirexpression und Nachhaltigkeit - die Weinberge werden naturnah bewirtschaftet und Trauben per Hand gelesen. Das Resultat sind kräftige Weine mit starken Fruchtnoten, viel Mundfülle und moderater Säure.
Hat ein gutes Alterungspotential und wird bei einer Temperatur von 18 - 20 °C getrunken.
