Peppig, frisch, würzig und dies als Burgunder!

Die Grauburgunder-Trauben werden von Hand gelesen, schonend gemahlen und ruhen erst einmal für ein paar Stunden im eigenen Saft, um den Schalen maximal Aroma zu entziehen. Die Gärung erfolgte im Edelstahltank, allerdings nur mit natürlichen Hefen. Das Resultat spricht für sich: ein frischer, würziger und einfach leckerer Burgunder.
