Die Trauben für die Bischel Scheurebe stammen von bis zu 35 Jahre alten Rebstöcken, gewachsen im unteren Teil der Lage Gau-Algesheimer St. Laurenzikapelle. Der Wein hat einen opulenten Duft von Stachelbeere, Maracuja und Cassis gepaart mit feinen Muskat- und Holunderaromen. Im Abgang ist der Weisswein sehr komplex und langanhaltend.
