Der No1 Blanc von Pey Blanc besteht aus Vermentino und Ugni Blanc und wurde im Edelstahltank ausgebaut. Der Wein besticht durch Aromen von Grapefruit, Apfel, Quitten, Mandeln, Mandarinen und Akazienblüten. Am Gaumen frisch- elegant und saftig mit feinem Schmelz.
