Natur pur, Walderdbeeren in ungefilterter Form.

Für den Pinot Noir Wairarapa wurden die zugänglichen und eher fruchtigen Trauben verwendet. Nach der Gärung reifte der 12 Monate Reifung in gebrauchten Barriques im Johner Estate und wurde anschliessend unfiltriert abgefüllt. Der Pinot Noir hat eine satte, rote Farbe und einen Duft nach Kirsch- und Brombeeraromen mit würzigen Noten.
