Feine Citrusnoten und Meersalz vom Atlantik bereichern das Aroma dieser Milchschokolade. Diese Zutaten holen den Riesling quasi am Gaumen ab und bieten ihm einen Geschmacksbogen, der einfach nur fasziniert. Eine Kreation von Sommelière Claudia Stern aus Köln und Eberhard Schell.

Die Umami Papua passt, wie gesagt, perfekt zum Riesling, egal ob trocken oder (edel)süss. Aber auch andere frische, knackige Weissweine sind gute Partner.
