Mineralischer Riesling mit rauchigen Noten
Die Trauben stammen aus der Weinbergslage "Siefersheimer Heerkretz", mit ihren vulkanisch geprägten Böden. Eine echte Besonderheit in Rheinhessen! Zudem recht kühl und hochgelegen. Die somit langsam reifenden Trauben sind eine ideale Basis, um rassige, kühle und vergleichsweise schlanker Weine zu erzeugen.
Nach der schonenden Handlese in mehreren Etappen erfolgt eine mehrstündige Maischestandzeit. Anschließend erfolgt die Gärung im Edelstahltank, aber zum Teil auch direkt im Holzfass. Erst nach 10-monatiger Reifung wird abgefüllt.
Wird am besten gut gekühlt bei 6-8 °C getrunken.
